Our apartment (number 4 and 6) for two to three persons (30 m²) has a separate living and sleeping area, a bathroom with shower / WC, satellite TV (flat screen), radio and a large balcony. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and all necessary dishes.

In summer you can use our garden with barbecue area, in winter our ski room. Lounge and terrace offer the opportunity to meet other guests. Only 50 meters from the amusement park with swimming lake, children's playground, tennis court and miniature golf course, you live in idyllic surroundings near the Bichlbacher town center. Restaurants and a supermarket can be found in the immediate vicinity.In summer you can use our garden with barbecue area, in winter our ski room. Lounge and terrace offer the opportunity to meet other guests.
On request, we deliver daily fresh bread.Only 50 meters from the amusement park with swimming lake, children's playground, tennis court and miniature golf course, you live in idyllic surroundings near the Bichlbacher town center. Restaurants and a supermarket can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Here are the cancellation conditions according to Austrian law:
Up to 3 months before arrival 20% of the total cost
up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total cost
up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total cost
last week before arrival 90% of the total cost
In case of restocking, there are no costs

Final cleaning: 30m² is € 30.-
60m² is € 50.-
Tourist Tax
*Tourist tax: 3,00 Euro per day and person | Children up to 14 years free
